Mix 300 g bread flour and 150 g rye flour in a mixing bowl.
Dissolve 7 g dry yeast in 300 mL warm water with 1 teaspoon of sugar and let it activate.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt to the flour mixture.
Add the yeast mixture and 3 tablespoons of sourdough starter to the flour mixture and mix well.
Cover the mixture and let it rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking paper in a dish.
Cover the loaf and let it rise again until doubled in size, about 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C) or 375°F (190°C) if using a regular baking dish.
Bake the bread in a preheated Dutch oven for about 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a cookie sheet for 20-30 minutes before slicing.
