½ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 pack (8 grams vanilla sugar) or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
lemon zest from one lemon
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup whole milk
1 large egg
¼ cup butter, melted
