Evaluate the oyster mushrooms and discard the ends where they contact the substrate.
Brush off any visible dirt using a silicone brush.
If the mushrooms look okay, tear them into bite-sized pieces without separating the caps individually.
If you prefer, rinse them quickly with clean water and shake off excess moisture.
Dice 3 scallions diagonally into 1/2-inch long pieces.
Slice 4 cloves of garlic thinly.
Add a generous amount of cooking oil to a wok along with the scallions and garlic slices.
Stir over medium-low heat until the aromatics are golden brown.
Add 1.5 tbsp of oyster sauce, 2 tsp of soy sauce, and 1 tsp of dark soy sauce to the wok.
Continue mixing over medium-low heat until the seasoning is condensed.
Stir in the oyster mushrooms and cook over medium-low heat for a few minutes until they are cooked through.
