1 can (300ml) condensed milk
340g white kaong (sugar palm fruit)
340g white nata de coco
1/2 cup cheese cubes (optional)
1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)

Add 25g of white unflavored jelly powder or agar-agar to the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

In a separate bowl, mix in 1 cup of cooked small tapioca pearls or sago.

Combine the tapioca mixture with the jelly mixture and stir well.

In a large bowl, mix 500ml of all purpose cream (or heavy cream) with 1 can of condensed milk.

Add the jelly and tapioca mixture to the cream mixture and stir until combined.
