Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).
In a bowl, combine 1 cup of oil, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 1 cup of evaporated milk, 1 cup of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Blend together.
In another bowl, mix 2 cups of pancake flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well to avoid lumps.
Add one can of pecans to the batter and mix.
Grease the baking dish with butter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 35 minutes until the top is brown.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 can of evaporated milk, and 1/4 cup of tequila.
Once the cake is out of the oven and still hot, pour the milk mixture over the cake so it can soak in.
Let the cake cool and refrigerate for a while before serving.
