1/4 kg beef tail
1/4 kg large heads of cabbage
1/10 kg large cabbage
2 medium carrots, chopped
2 medium potatoes, quartered
rice for soup
salt to taste
oregano (dried)

Boil water in a pot.

Add the beef tail to the boiling water and let it cook for about 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, add the chopped carrots, quartered potatoes, and rice to the pot.

Season with salt to taste and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add the large heads of cabbage to the pot.

Add dried oregano to the pot and stir.

Let it cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until all ingredients are well cooked.

Turn off the heat and let the soup rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
