Cut off the tips of the green beans and cut them in half.
Steam the green beans in a pot of boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes until al dente.
Rinse the steamed green beans in cold water to stop the cooking process and drain excess water.
Combine the canned canellini beans and kidney beans in a bowl.
Add the steamed green beans to the bowl with the canned beans.
Add chopped red onion and scallion to the bean mixture.
Add fresh parsley and fresh dill to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients by hand before adding the dressing.
In a separate bowl, combine cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, black pepper, and a fresh garlic clove grated on a rasp.
Whisk the dressing together with extra virgin Greek olive oil until emulsified.
Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to combine.
Let the salad marinate for a bit for the flavors to develop, or serve immediately.
