Crack three eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, black pepper, and chili powder, and stir well.
Pour the egg mixture into a shallow microwave-safe plate and cook on medium power for 1 minute, stirring lightly halfway through.
Add bell peppers and shredded cheese, then microwave for another 30 to 45 seconds.
For crispy bacon and fried eggs, lay bacon slices on a heat-resistant glass tray and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Crack one or two eggs into the bacon fat left in the tray and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, depending on yolk preference.
