15 ounces (425 grams) tomato sauce
1 - 15 ounce (425 grams) can black beans (2 cups cooked)
1 1/2 cups (200 grams) frozen corn
1 1/4 cup vegetable stock
3 spring onions
1 small bunch cilantro
2 shallots

Heat a dutch oven or stock pot on medium heat. Add olive oil, onions, bell pepper, and salt. Sauté 6-7 minutes until veggies are soft.
