Turkey bacon is lower in fat and calories.
Cut and peel potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
Boil potatoes in cold salted water until they are about 80% cooked.
Drain the potatoes and toss them with a little oil and paprika.
Roast the potatoes in the oven until they are crispy.
Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and reserve the bacon fat.
In the same skillet, sauté chopped red onion, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper in the bacon fat.
Add chopped green onion, leaving some raw for later.
Add about a tablespoon of minced garlic and black pepper to the sautéed mixture.
Season with about a tablespoon of aromat seasoning, adjusting to taste.
Combine roasted potatoes with the sautéed mixture in a bowl.
Add the reserved raw green onion and cooked bacon to the bowl.
Mix in a cup of mayonnaise, a tablespoon of yellow mustard, and sweet chili sauce.
Add a whole 60 mL bottle of green Tabasco sauce to the mixture.
Mix everything together until well combined.
