First in a large bowl add your flour
Then add your instant dry yeast
Followed by adding your sugar
Now season lightly with your salt
Then add your unsalted melted butter
Now add in your warm milk
As well as your beaten egg
Now mix everything together with your hand
When dough forms, roll it into a dough ball
Place the dough ball into a bowl
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes
Now in a small bowl all your softened butter
Also add in your chopped green onions
Followed by your minced garlic
Season lightly with some salt and pepper
Now mix everything together making garlic butter
Flatten your bread dough on a baking sheet
Score the top of the dough with a knife
Baste on your beaten egg to the top of the dough
Now spread your garlic butter on top
And layer on your Mozzarella cheese
Bake in the oven at 400F for 20-25 minutes
Your garlic mozzarella bread is now ready to serve
