Bloom the yeast in warm water with sugar.

Add lukewarm milk and about 1 tablespoon of Greek olive oil to the bloomed yeast and mix well.

Mix the flour and salt mixture with the yeast mixture on the lowest speed until a soft dough forms, about 6 to 7 minutes.
