Cut chicken breasts to about half inch thickness.

Season both sides of the chicken with salt and black pepper and let it set for a few minutes.

Prepare 1/4 cup of flour, 2 eggs with 2 pinches of salt, and 2/3 cup of bread crumbs.

Cover the chicken with flour, dip it in egg, and then cover it thoroughly with bread crumbs.

Fry the breaded chicken in a regular pan with a generous amount of cooking oil for about 8 to 10 minutes on medium high until both sides are golden brown.

Cut the fried chicken into thick strips.

Prepare the wrap by spreading mayonnaise on a large burrito wrap or tortilla.

Place lettuce on the mayonnaise, add a few pieces of chicken, drizzle with Korean sweet and spicy sauce, and sprinkle with onion and tomatoes.
