1 cup rolled oats
2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tbsp honey (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)

Peel the bananas and break them into smaller pieces.

In a blender, combine the bananas, rolled oats, almond milk, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

If using, add the Greek yogurt for creaminess.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
