Boil water and add 1 cup of chicken broth to the pot.
Add 3 boxes (16 oz each) of macaroni noodles to the pot and stir to separate.
Boil noodles for 8-10 minutes, then drain.
Add 3 sticks of butter (2 unsalted, 1 salted) to the drained noodles and let melt.
Crack 6 eggs into a bowl, add onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper, and whisk together.
Once the butter is melted, add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika to the noodles and stir.
Add 56 oz of shredded cheese to the noodles.
Add 3 cans of evaporated milk and about 1 cup of heavy cream to the mixture.
Taste and adjust seasoning with more black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika if needed.
Add the egg mixture to the noodles and mix well.
Spray 3 baking pans with cooking spray and transfer the mixture into the pans.
Bake in the oven at 400°F for about 45 minutes until set and golden on top.
