1 tsp olive oil
3/4 cup warm water
1 tsp active dry yeast
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
1 tsp dried oregano

In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
