1 package (3.4 ounces) pistachio flavored pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup melted salted or unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt (if using unsalted butter)
1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pistachios

In a medium bowl, mix together 1 and 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of confectioner sugar, and 1 package (3.4 ounces) of pistachio flavored pudding mix until well combined.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 cup of melted salted or unsalted butter to the mixture. If using unsalted butter, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
