1/4 cup All purpose flour
1/4 cup Corn flour
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Water as needed
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic
1/4 cup Chilli sauce
1/4 cup Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Spring onion
Sesame seeds
