Instructions

Instructions

  1. 1Slice the sub roll in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  2. 2In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper to make a dressing.
  3. 3Drizzle the dressing on both sides of the sub roll.
  4. 4Layer the salami, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the roll.
