Preheat the oven to 325°F.

In a blender cup, add 1/2 cup of orange juice, 3/4 cup of pineapple juice, 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 2 pineapple slices, 1 garlic clove, 4 whole cloves, 1 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1 1/2 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and salt, along with 1 tbsp of mustard and 4-5 chipotles in adobo sauce. Blend until smooth.

Reserve half a cup of the mixture and use the rest for the glaze.

Transfer the spiral cut pre-cooked ham to a baking dish and rub the sauce all over it.

Add 1/4 cup of pineapple or orange juice to the bottom of the baking dish and cover with foil.

Place the ham in the oven and reheat for 10 minutes per pound.

In a pan over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter, then add the reserved mixture along with 1/2 cup of honey and 2 chipotles in adobo sauce. Mix and bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 6-8 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Remove the ham from the oven, take off the foil, and brush it with the glaze, ensuring to get in between each piece.

Top the ham with pineapples and chipotles, then return it to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Allow the ham to rest for a few minutes before serving.
