2 tablespoons pancake mix (부침가루)

Soak mung beans in water for 3 hours and sweet rice for 2 hours in a 1:4 ratio.

Prepare bean sprouts raw without blanching and wash the kimchi to remove chili powder.

Marinate the pork with soy sauce, ginger juice, minced garlic, and pepper.

Drain the sweet rice and blend it with mung beans using 1/2 cup of water.
