1 chicken stock cube

1 tablespoon mixed chili hot sauce
2 tomatoes, roughly diced
handful of chopped coriander
1 white onion, diced
juice of 1 lime
2 cups plain flour
1 tablespoon dried oregano
black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin

For the chicken, use chicken leg and thigh.
