Seed and mince half of a jalapeno, about a tablespoon.

Roughly chop about 2 tablespoons of cilantro.

Add 1 cup of mayonnaise to a mini food processor.

Add 1 cup of buttermilk to the food processor.

Add the minced jalapeno and chopped cilantro to the food processor.

Add 1/3 cup of Toma salsa to the food processor.

Blend all ingredients in the food processor until mixed well.

Pour the blended mixture into a mixing bowl.

Add a whole packet (1 oz) of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix to the bowl.

Whisk the mixture until combined and smooth.

Taste the dressing to check for flavor and consistency.

Refrigerate the dressing until ready to serve.
