Preheat the oven to 425°F and spray your baking pan with cooking spray.
In a shallow dish, mix together the panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, oregano, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and black pepper.
Brush the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and dredge them in the bread crumb mixture to coat both sides.
Place the breaded chicken on the sheet pan.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mixing well to coat evenly.
Lay the broccoli in a single layer around the chicken on the sheet pan.
Roast the chicken and broccoli in the oven for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
After 30 minutes, pull the sheet pan out of the oven, spread marinara sauce over the chicken, and top with mozzarella cheese.
Return the sheet pan to the oven for 5 more minutes.
Before serving, squeeze lemon juice all over the broccoli.
