1/4 teaspoon rennet
1/2 cup cream
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon herbs

Heat cow's milk in a large pot over medium heat until warm.

Add rennet and stir gently for a few seconds.

Let the milk sit undisturbed until curds form, about 30-60 minutes.

Gently stir the curds while heating to 105°F, about 10-15 minutes.
