Roasted Romanesco Cauliflower

1 head Romanesco Cauliflower (approx. 500g), cut into florets
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Carefully cut the Romanesco cauliflower into individual florets. Use hands to break larger pieces if needed.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over a low gas flame.

Add 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the Romanesco florets to the pan.

Roast the Romanesco for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the florets are tender and slightly browned.

Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder and salt as per taste over the roasted Romanesco. Mix well to combine.

Pour 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice over the Romanesco and mix again.

Remove the roasted Romanesco from heat and transfer to a serving bowl.

Sprinkle generously with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
