Rinse and drain the new potatoes.

Add the chopped garlic and rosemary along with olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the potatoes.

Mix it up well.

Transfer the potato mixture to a dripping pan.

Bake them at 180°C for around 50 minutes.

Every 10 or 15 minutes, give them a good mix.

Serve them up.
