100 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp natural yoghurt

Roast the aubergines until soft.

Scoop out the flesh of the roasted aubergines.

In a bowl, combine the aubergine flesh, minced garlic, tahini, olive oil, and juice from half a lemon.
