2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 cup water
4 green chilies
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup orange bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
5 cups water
2.5 cups basmati rice, soaked for 40 minutes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped coriander

Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, and 1 teaspoon cumin powder; mix well.

Add 2 tablespoons tomato paste and 1/4 cup water to prevent spices from burning; mix well.

Once the spices are well combined and oil rises, add 4 green chilies and 1/2 cup each of chopped red, orange, and green bell peppers; mix well.

After a few seconds, add 5 cups of water and bring to a boil over high flame.

Once boiling, add 2.5 cups of soaked basmati rice and stir gently.

Allow to cook on high flame until most of the water evaporates, then cover and reduce heat to low for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and stir gently.

Finally, mix in 1/2 cup chopped coriander.
