300 grms Sotanghon or bihon
4 pcs Boiled eggs
1/2 cup dried shrimp
3 pcs dried Longganisa
285 grms shrimp or pork, chicken
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 tspn ground pepper
1/2 tbsp sauce
1/2 tbsp dark souce
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tspn salt
3 1/2 cups of water
1 small carrots
1 small cabbege
3 cups rice flour
1/2 kl coconut milk
1 cup water
1/2 tspn salt
1 tspn pepper

Boil the water in a pot and add the Sotanghon or bihon to cook until soft.

Slice the boiled eggs and set aside.

In a pan, sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.

Add the dried shrimp and longganisa, cooking until browned.

Mix in the shrimp or pork, chicken, ground pepper, sauce, dark sauce, and salt, stirring well.

Add the carrots and cabbage, cooking until tender.

In a bowl, combine rice flour, coconut milk, water, salt, and pepper to create a mixture.

Use banana leaves to wrap the rice flour mixture and fill with the sautéed ingredients.

Steam the wrapped tamals until cooked through.
