Gather ingredients: fresh oregano, cucumber, barrel matured feta cheese, tomatoes, pitted kalamata olives, capers, salt, dried oregano, chopped red onion, extra virgin olive oil, syrup, sugar, and water.

Put all ingredients into a blender: tomatoes, salt, dried oregano, chopped red onion, and extra virgin olive oil.

Add syrup to balance the sweetness.

Blend the mixture for a few seconds.

Use a cheesecloth to strain the mixture for 2-4 minutes to discard the first liquid that comes out, as it is too intense.

After straining, transfer the mixture to another container and let it marinate in the fridge for 4 hours without pressing.

After 4 hours, drain the liquid into a package container and freeze it.

Once frozen, serve by taking some of the granita and placing it on a frozen plate.

Garnish with fresh oregano leaves and serve the Greek salad in granita form.
