2 Beef Frying Steak
1 Large Chopped Onion
Seasoning to taste
1/4 Cup of Sweet Pickle
1 Heaped Teaspoon Garlic Paste
1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
1 Heaped Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
1 Cup of Beef Stock
Oil for Frying Steak and Onions

Make a couple of shallow cuts into the Steak.

Add 1 Tablespoon of Oil to frying Pan.

Gently fry the steak until it has some colour, then remove and set aside.

Gently fry the Chopped Onions until golden, then remove until ready to make the sauce.

Return the Onions to the Frying Pan.

Add the Sweet Pickle and mix well.

Add the Garlic and Ginger Paste and mix well.

Add the Dijon Mustard and mix well.

Add the Soy Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce and mix well.

Add the Tomato Ketchup and mix well.

Add the Tomato Puree and mix well.

Add 1 Cup of Beef Stock and mix well.

Taste the sauce and if required, add 1 to 2 Tablespoons of Runny Honey.

Allow to simmer.

Serve up the Steak with Chips or Mash and pour over the Monkey Gland Sauce.
