How to Make Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

Crushed crackers can provide a similar crunchy texture at a lower cost.

In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams panko bread crumbs, 125 grams parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix well.

Take asparagus and roll them in all purpose flour then dip them in beaten eggs and again roll them in panko cheese mixture.

Place on a baking tray.

Preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C. Bake them for 7 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the asparagus is still slightly crisp-tender.

Serve and enjoy.
