Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Chickpea Lentil - 1 tsp
Black Gram Lentil - 1/2 tsp
Green Chili - 2
Curry Leaves - 8-10
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Gram Flour - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 2-3 tbsp

Heat oil in a pan.

Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.

Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, chickpea lentil, and black gram lentil; sauté until golden.

Add chopped onion and green chili; cook until onion is translucent.

Add chopped tomato, curry leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt; cook until tomatoes are soft.

Add boiled potatoes and mash slightly; mix well with the spices.

Add gram flour and mix thoroughly; cook for a few minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
