1 cup Tilda basmati and wild rice mix
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon chat masala
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
2 tablespoons tahini
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup zhoug
2 roast pears, diced
1 cup crispy kale

Toast saffron gently in a pan.

Add Tilda basmati and wild rice mix to oil and water.

Add a cinnamon stick and the toasted saffron to the pot.

Bring the water to a boil before adding the rice.

Add a pinch of salt and stir gently to separate the rice.

Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
