How to make dried fruit #orange slices /lemon slices

Prepare two baking trays lined with baking paper.

Preheat the oven to a low setting, between 1 and 2.

Cut the ends off the lemons to make them look beautiful, discarding the ends.

Slice the lemons into rounds of about 1/8 inch thick, removing any seeds if possible.

Arrange the lemon slices on the baking tray.

Slice the oranges into rounds, similar to the lemons, and arrange them on the second baking tray.

Place both trays in the preheated oven.

After about 2 hours, turn off the oven but leave the slices inside to continue drying.

After another half hour, remove the trays from the oven and place the slices on a radiator to dry naturally.

Leave the lemon and orange slices on the radiator for about 15 days for complete drying.
