We Marinated Eggs Using 3 Different Ways

- ●1 tablespoon sugar
- ●1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- 1In a pot, bring water to a boil and gently add the eggs. Boil for 6-7 minutes for a soft yolk.
- 2Once cooked, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking process for about 5 minutes.
- 3In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, water, mirin, sugar, and sesame oil until the sugar is dissolved.
- 4Peel the eggs carefully and place them in the marinade mixture.
- 5Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for best flavor.
- 6Remove the eggs from the marinade and slice in half before serving.
