In a pan over medium-low heat add oil when oil is hot add onion in half moon slices, diced tomato, 1 glass of LA COSTEÑA DICED JALAPEÑOS, and 1 tbsp salt.

When your sauce starts to boil add the shredded chicken and LA COSTEÑA TOMATO SAUCE and let it boil for about 5 minutes!

In a bowl add 4 cups of masa, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp chicken broth powder and 2 cups of water.

Mix everything with your hand so that it can be dissolved better make sure it’s soft and that it doesn’t stick to your hand.

When you have your masa ready make balls, you are going to press them with the tortillas press, and then cook them.

The way you know when your tortilla is ready is when they start inflating.

Once you have your tortillas and tinga ready you are going to start preparing your quesadillas.
