1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
pinch of garlic powder
pinch of ginger powder
beef broth
salt to taste

1/2 cup brown cane sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Start by adding 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the beef broth.

Add a pinch of garlic powder and a pinch of ginger powder to the mixture.

Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.

Let it simmer for about 30 minutes until it condenses down to about a cup of liquid.

Add salt to taste, approximately 1 teaspoon, depending on your preference.

After simmering, add 1 cup of water to the reduced mixture.

Stir in 1/2 cup of brown cane sugar and 2 tablespoons of honey until well combined.

Mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with cold water (about 1/3 cup) until dissolved.
