Preheat oven to 375°F.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add sliced bell peppers and onion; sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in cooked, shredded chicken and taco seasoning; mix well.

Layer half of the tortillas in the bottom of a baking dish.

Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas.

Add black beans and corn evenly over the chicken mixture.

Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top.

Repeat the layers with remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Garnish with jalapeños, cilantro, and lime juice.
