1 Cup Cooked Corn
1 Tbsp Maida
1 Tbsp Corn Flour
1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
2 Tbsp Chopped Capsicum
2 Big Garlic
1 Green Chilli
1 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp Schezwan Sauce
1/2 Tsp Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce

In a mixing bowl, combine cooked corn, maida, corn flour, pepper powder, and salt to taste.

Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, minced garlic, and chopped green chilli to the mixture.

Mix in red chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, soya sauce, and tomato sauce.

Heat oil in a pan and drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.

Fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Garnish with chopped spring onion before serving.
