1.5 cup sweet corn
2 glass water
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp refined flour
3 tbsp corn flour
Oil for frying
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp tomato
2 chopped green chillies
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp chaat masala
Chopped coriander leaves
1/2 squeeze lemon juice
Spring onion greens

Boil the sweet corn in 2 glasses of water with 1/4 tsp salt until cooked.

Drain the corn and let it cool.

In a bowl, mix the refined flour and corn flour together.

Add the boiled sweet corn to the flour mixture and coat well.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Fry the coated corn until golden and crispy.

In a separate bowl, mix the fried corn with chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, red chilli powder, crushed black pepper, chaat masala, chopped coriander leaves, and lemon juice.

Garnish with spring onion greens and serve.
