Crispy Corn

Sweet corn – 2 cups
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Salt
Corn flour – 3 tbl spoon
Maida – 1 tbl spoon
Oil
Onion – half
Coriander leaves
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Chat masala – ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbl spoon

1. In a bowl, combine the sweet corn, turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper, salt, corn flour, and maida. Mix well to coat the corn evenly.

2. Heat oil in a pan for frying.

3. Once the oil is hot, add the coated corn to the oil and fry until crispy and golden brown.

4. Remove the fried corn and drain on paper towels.

5. In a serving bowl, mix the fried corn with chopped onion, coriander leaves, additional chilli powder, chat masala, lemon juice, and tomato ketchup.

6. Serve immediately.
