Boil water in a pot and add 1 tsp salt and 2 cups of sweet corn. Cook until the corn is tender.

In a bowl, combine 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp refined flour, and 2 tbsp cornflour. Mix well.

Add 3 tsp water and 3 tbsp cornflour to the mixture to create a coating batter.

Drain the boiled corn and coat it in the batter.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic, 1 tsp finely chopped ginger, and 1 finely chopped green chilli. Sauté until fragrant.

Add 2 tbsp finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper, 2 tbsp finely chopped yellow bell pepper, and 2 tbsp finely chopped green capsicum. Sauté until the vegetables are soft.

Add the fried corn to the pan along with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, a pinch of sugar, 1/2 tsp white vinegar, and 1/2 tsp aromat powder (if using). Toss everything together until well combined.

Garnish with spring onion leaves before serving.
