Egg and Sweet Pea Salad Recipe

Boil 1 egg for 8 minutes.

Open a can of peas and drain it.

Add peas to a bowl.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Set the dressing aside.

Once the egg is boiled, cool it, peel it, and dice it.

Dice the pickle to a similar size as the peas.

Add the diced egg and pickle to the bowl with peas.

Add the dressing to the bowl and gently toss everything together with silicone spatulas.

Serve the salad alone, on a cracker, or in a sandwich.
