Separate the point from the flat of the brisket.
Trim excess fat from the brisket point.
Cut the brisket point into steaks, about 2 inches thick.
Season the steaks with salt.
Preheat the disco over an open fire.
Sear the brisket steaks in the disco until browned.
Remove the steaks and set aside.
Add onions, red bell peppers, and green bell peppers to the disco and sauté until softened.
Add granulated garlic, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the veggies.
Deglaze the disco with red wine, scraping the bottom to incorporate flavors.
Add warm water and beef broth until the meat is half covered.
Return the brisket steaks to the disco and cover.
Simmer for about 4 hours, adding water as needed.
Cook homemade ravioli according to instructions.
Plate the ravioli topped with brisket and parmesan cheese.
