1

Wash the meats beforehand.

2

In a pressure cooker, add the pork ribs and beef ribs to soften them for about 5-10 minutes.

3

After 5-10 minutes, add the chicken and the rest of the seasonings for the sancocho.

4

When the pressure cooker starts to whistle, cook for 10-15 minutes before releasing the pressure and adding the rest of the ingredients.

5

While the meats are softening, prepare the rice.

6

For 500 grams of rice, use about 500 milliliters of water, adding salt to taste (about 6-7 tablespoons).

7

After 15 minutes of cooking the meats, add the plantains to prevent the sancocho from turning yellow.

8

Next, add the corn on the cob and let them soften.

9

Chop the onions and prepare them to add to the sancocho later.

10

After 20 minutes, check the pressure cooker and release the pressure to add the remaining ingredients.

11

Change to a larger pot for serving 6 people, adding 600 milliliters of water to increase the quantity.

12

Add the chopped onions, yuca, and potatoes, and let them cook for another 20-30 minutes to thicken the sancocho.

13

After 20-30 minutes, check the potatoes and yuca for tenderness, then add cilantro to taste.
