Easy Fruit Salad 3 Delicious Ways

Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon and cucumber.
- 2Add the thinly sliced red onion and chopped mint leaves to the bowl.
- 3If using, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
- 4In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- 5Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- 6Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- 7Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
