Whatever Herbs You Have: I use Basil, Thyme, and Rosemary but anything will do
2 Tablespoons of Paprika
1 Large Potato Cubed
1 Pound of Frozen Corn
3 Pounds of Leg Bone In Chicken or Thigh Bone In Chicken

1. Prepare the vegetables by dicing the carrot, celery, and onion.

3. In a pot, add the diced vegetables, cubed potato, frozen corn, and chicken.

4. Add the herbs, paprika, and juice from the limes.

5. Cook until the chicken is done and the vegetables are tender, blending in the corn with the broth to thicken the soup.
