For this recipe, you will need: 1/2 cup instant oats, 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, 1/2 cup ground flax seeds, 1/2 cup sliced almonds, 1/2 cup chopped almonds, 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds, 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/3 cup honey, 2/3 cup cashew or almond milk, and 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Mix together all the ingredients with a spoon until well blended. The mixture should stick together well; if it doesn't, add a little more milk, one tablespoon at a time.

Once well blended, place the mixture inside an 8 by 12 inch pan lined with parchment paper and flatten it with a spoon.

Place the pan inside the freezer for one hour to firm up.

After one hour, remove from the freezer and cut into desired shapes or sizes.

Transfer the bars into an airtight container lined with parchment paper and place back inside the freezer.
